​Case evaluation through photos, X-rays, or digital scans. We’ll discuss your goals and the most suitable treatment.

Diagnosis & Personalized Treatment Plan

The orthodontist creates a custom treatment plan with estimated duration and recommended method.

Placement of Braces or Delivery of Invisalign Aligners

Braces: Installed in a 1–2 hour appointment.

Invisalign: You’ll receive your first set of aligners and usage instructions.

Regular Check-Ups

Braces: Every 4 to 6 weeks.

Invisalign: Every 6 to 8 weeks (in-person or virtual follow-ups available).

Completion of Treatment
Once the desired results are achieved, braces are removed or Invisalign treatment is completed. Retainers are provided to maintain alignment.

Dental and facial photos (can be sent before travel)
Panoramic and cephalometric X-rays (can be done in Costa Rica or your home country)
