1. Services Provided
Costa Rica Travel and Health offers tour packages, transportation, and additional hotel or related services as available. Medical and dental services are provided by independent, certified providers who are responsible for patient care.

2. Reservations & Payments
• A 50% upfront payment is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due as per the specific service agreement.
• Prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

3. Liability
• For tour and transportation services, Costa Rica Travel and Health will exercise reasonable care but is not liable for incidents beyond our control.
• For medical and dental services, the respective providers assume full responsibility for the quality and safety of care.
• Clients acknowledge that travel, transportation, and tourism inherently include some risk.

4. Changes & Cancellations
Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials, images, and content on our website are the property of Costa Rica Travel and Health or its licensors. Reproduction is prohibited without written consent.

6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Costa Rican law.
