2.1. The Client acknowledges that all medical procedures, treatments, and related healthcare services are solely provided by third-party hospitals, clinics, and licensed healthcare professionals (“Medical Providers”) who are independently responsible for their services.
2.2. The Company is not responsible or liable for:
• The quality, safety, effectiveness, or success of any medical treatment.
• Any medical complications, side effects, injuries, infections, or other health-related issues arising from medical procedures.
• Any misdiagnosis, medical negligence, malpractice, or misconduct by Medical Providers.
2.3. The Client agrees that any claims, disputes, or legal actions related to medical care must be directed exclusively to the Medical Providers and not to the Company.

3. Assumption of Risks
3.1. The Client understands and accepts the inherent risks associated with medical procedures, including but not limited to surgical complications, allergic reactions, and treatment failure.
3.2. The Client agrees to conduct their own research on the Medical Providers and accepts full responsibility for their choice of hospital, clinic, or healthcare professional.
3.3. The Client confirms that they have been advised to consult with a medical professional in their home country before traveling for medical treatment.

4. Financial and Payment Responsibility
4.1. The Client acknowledges that the Company does not handle payments for medical procedures and that all payments related to medical services must be made directly to the Medical Providers.
4.2. The Company is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes regarding medical expenses.

5. Release and Indemnification
5.1. The Client releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or legal actions arising from medical treatments.
5.2. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any legal claims, costs, or liabilities related to their medical procedures.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.
6.2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Costa Rica, and the Client agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
